This Steel Shield (Hardness 6, HP 36, BT 18) is engraved with a Hydra design, that seems to subtly shift when not looked at directly, and has a subtle green tint, the color deeper in the Hydra design.

For the Duration, whenever the Shield of Many Heads is raised, a Spectral Hydra's head manifests alongsiode each ally within 10 feet of you. A Spectral Hydra's head grants a creature +1 AC, and the ability to use the Shield Block reaction, using the Spectral Hydra. A Spectral Hydra used to Shield Block has 3 Hardness, 12 HP, and if it would be destroyed, the Creature that blocked with it cannot use the Shield Block granted by a Spectral Hydra again for the remainder of the Duration, though they still benefit from the AC bonus of a Spectral Hydra.
